Hi Yvonne. I never even crossed my mind to punish him for this. I guess I have a different parenting approach than most? The only time I would punish or thin about punishment would be in a situation where he would listen to me and it was a dangerous situation like runiing out in front of a car. Yes the downhill of my health is quite depressing I just wanted to let everyone know the challengences I face and as you can still, I'm still going on raising my son and having my family.

Hello Holly

This is a touching post after awhile of reading about your health deteriorations continuously. It reminded me that Holly is very much alive, she has a family and a son, despite NF. Nf isn't her everything.

Getting Isaiah a toddler bed so that he won't fall climbing out of the crib was very thoughtful. Like you said, it wasn't absolutely necessary to change but you did it to prevent him from injury. I think that was very thoughtful. And I think someone else would have resorted to punishment to make the boy stop climbing out instead. They would try all they can to keep him in the crib. But you approached the situation objectively.
