I don't remember hearing anything like that. Just distortion of sound but nothing sudden like that. When I lost my residual hearing rapidly, I was in constant communication with Dr. Friedman and would tell him every detail of my experience. As you know Dr. Friedman is a man of a few words, so he didn't always reply much. But at least I knew he was there and he heard me. Maybe you should tell your doctor about this. Maybe you should tell your doctor about this. It might be indicative of something more. I am just guessing.
