The weird thing in though, the left wisom teeth were cut out in the surgery. The right weren't taken out, and that is the side of my face that is numb. Though he said it is very rare (I think it only happened one time with one of his patients), and he also said that when it does happen it generally is not permanant. Did you have it done by an oral/maxifacial surgeon or a regular dentist? Either way, if they are blowing you off, I'd go to another oral surgeon for a second opinion, particularly if its getting worse.
