I pray you're right about interpretting sounds with the ABI. I am a very quick learner, have always been, so let's hope this will not take me long to get used to as well. Plus for the past 10 years I have been relying on nothing but sound, so I'm thinking that since I have no vision to lip read, I'll rely more on the brain trying to interpret what its hearing and be able to eventually understand speech again. 2 more weeks until it's activated! *hugs* Thanks girl!
