We all know that we use our hands to touch and feel everything, so all the germs that you pick up from touching everyhting is now on your hands. Biting your fingernails is like chewing on a cesspool of germs. This is the way that I stopped biting my nails when i was younger. Just thinking about putting my nails in my mouth is gross. So I hope this helps you out and maybe once you quit biting your nails they will grow out to be long like mine. You know how long mine are so just think about those germs you're putting in your mouth. YUCK!! Honey I know you can do it....you have already done so much. Remember never give up hope!
